Miyabi

At Miyabi, guests can take part in a “Sushi Evening Full of Surprises,” where chefs prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes in front of them while explaining the process. Miyabi is the oldest Japanese restaurant in Prague and the Czech Republic. It was founded to introduce Japanese culture through food, offering not only sushi but also cooked dishes, obento boxes, and kaiseki tasting menus. The menu also includes wagashi, traditional Japanese sweets.
