Sumi (Hybernská Street)

Prague’s well-known sushi spot Sumi Garden has opened a larger and more upscale restaurant in the Cloud One hotel building. The new venue presents itself as a premium izakaya, a Japanese-style bar serving small dishes. The menu expands on the original Sumi Garden offering. Alongside a wide selection of sushi, guests will find dishes such as wagyu steak, Japanese-style risotto, and burgers, including one made with sirloin, foie gras, and truffle mayonnaise. Drinks include Kirin beer and cocktails, with a plum Aperol Spritz among the recommendations.
